About the Training
This training provides fundamental meeting management skills, tools, and road maps. Participants acquire proven group process and meeting management tools to deliver great meetings; gain confidence in designing, preparing, and conducting meetings; increase clarity and skill in managing the process, people, issues, and agenda necessary for effective meetings; and strengthen skill in their own meeting management and group process efforts.
About the Instructor
Eric Smith and Athena Lou are a husband and wife team with over 60 years of combined business expertise in leadership, team work, management, and building high performance organizations. They have worked in turnaround and growth environments with all levels of management locally, nationally, and internationally. Highlights of their education and coaching work includes Fortune 500 companies; seasoned mid-sized firms and groundbreaking start-ups; hospitality, technology, health care, and higher education; Hawai‘i County and State agencies; and the U.S. government, including Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
